Terms of Use - Pressure Diary

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pressure Diary mobile application ("App") operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Health and medical disclaimer

Pressure Diary is a personal logbook for blood pressure readings that you take with your own monitor. It is not a medical device, and it does not measure blood pressure. The reference categories shown are general guidance from commonly published adult ranges, not a diagnosis and not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor about your readings and any decisions about your health. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Products and subscriptions

The core blood pressure log, full reading history, and PDF/CSV export are free and are never restricted. Premium features (reminders, multiple people, advanced trends) are available through:

Weekly Premium: auto-renewable, with a 3-day free trial
Annual Premium: auto-renewable, with a 3-day free trial
Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks all premium features forever, with no subscription

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Restore purchases anytime from the app settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
