Welcome to Photos to PDF. By downloading, accessing, or using the Photos to PDF mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By using Photos to PDF, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
After the trial period ends, if you do not subscribe, you will be moved to the Free tier with the following limitations:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly control or process refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You retain all rights to the documents, photos, and PDFs ("Content") you create using the App. We do not claim any ownership rights to your Content.
All Content is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your Content and do not store it on our servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your Content.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, including Content you create with the App. You should regularly back up important documents.
You agree not to use the App to:

The App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and all content (excluding your Content) is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Photos to PDF" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or €100, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Photos to PDF, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from:
We may release updates, new features, or changes to the App at any time. You may need to update the App to continue using it. Some updates may affect your existing features or data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App uses Apple's StoreKit for subscription management and the App Store for distribution. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
When you export or share PDFs using iOS's native sharing features (Files app, Share Sheet, etc.), you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. To cancel your subscription, follow Apple's cancellation process.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for material violations of these Terms or as required by applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts of Denmark, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
