Getting started

On first launch, allow photo access so Photo Cleaner can scan your library. Everything is analyzed on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Tap a category (Similar Photos, Screenshots, Blurry Photos, Large Videos), review the suggestions, and delete what you do not want.

Where do deleted photos go?

Deletions go to your Recently Deleted album in the Photos app, where they stay for 30 days. You can restore any of them there before they are permanently removed.

Free plan and Premium

Scanning and the storage report are always free and unlimited. The free plan lets you delete up to 50 items per calendar month. Premium removes that limit and unlocks swipe-to-clean triage and the video compressor. Premium is available as a weekly subscription (with a 3-day free trial), an annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime unlock.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Manage or cancel any subscription in your Apple ID settings: support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. To restore a previous purchase, open the app's paywall and tap "Restore Purchases".

Troubleshooting

If the scan finds nothing, check that photo access is enabled in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Photo Cleaner. If a purchase does not unlock, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall.
