Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PDF to Word mobile application ("App") operated by App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement

This App is licensed (not sold) to you and your use is subject to Apple's standard EULA for App Store applications, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls for matters relating to the App Store.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers two auto-renewing subscriptions:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS), or via Apple's manage subscriptions guide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged and access ends when the trial expires.

4. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have access to issue refunds.

5. Usage limits

The App enforces per-tier usage limits to keep the service sustainable on our shared infrastructure:

We may adjust these limits with reasonable notice if abuse or sustained heavy usage threatens service quality.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Conversion fidelity depends on the structure and quality of the source PDF; we do not guarantee specific output formatting, completeness, or accuracy. Some highly designed PDFs may not convert cleanly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
