These Terms govern your use of the Party Night: Never Have I Ever app operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The app is rated 17+ and includes optional adult ("Spicy") content. By using the adult decks you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. A spice slider and a content-safety toggle let you hide adult or heavy content at any time.
The app is free with a starter deck for each game and the full team picker. Premium unlocks every deck, the adult content, and custom decks, available two ways:
The weekly subscription is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy. You can restore a previous purchase from the app settings.
Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Unless we have provided a separate agreement, your use of the app is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
