App Harbour ApS operates the Party Night: Never Have I Ever app. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Party Night does not collect your personal data. The app runs entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party advertising. We do not run a server that receives your information, because the app does not send any.
None. The players you add, custom decks you create, and your spice and content-safety settings stay on your device in local storage and are never uploaded. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking technologies. We do not build a profile of you and we do not share data with third parties, because we do not collect any.
If you buy Premium (a weekly subscription or the Lifetime Unlock), Apple processes the purchase through the App Store under Apple's own privacy policy. We never see or store your payment details. Purchase status is verified on-device by Apple's StoreKit framework.
The app is rated 17+ because it offers optional adult party content. It is not directed at children.
Because your data lives only on your device, you can remove all of it by deleting the app. There is nothing stored on our side to delete.
