Noise Log is a personal record-keeping and document-generation tool. It helps you keep a diary of noise disturbances and produce reports and letters from it. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and makes no claim about the legal admissibility, sufficiency or outcome of any record or document you create. Sound-level readings are estimates from a phone microphone, not calibrated measurements. You are responsible for how you use the app and any documents you send.
Use Noise Log lawfully. Audio and video recording laws vary by country and region; recording private conversations is restricted or illegal in some places (for example Germany, StGB section 201). You are responsible for ensuring your recordings comply with the laws that apply to you. Noise Log records only in the foreground with a visible indicator and never in the background.
Noise Log offers a one-time lifetime unlock and auto-renewing subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings: support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
The free tier includes the unlimited incident diary with the live meter, the calendar, short audio clips (up to 30 seconds, 3 stored) and one watermarked sample PDF. Premium removes these limits and adds letter templates, unlimited attachments, analytics, CSV export and the action tracker.
Noise Log is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on documents it generates.
