These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fasting Tracker: 16:8 Timer mobile application ("the App"), operated by App Harbour ApS ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple licensed application end user license agreement (EULA).
2. Not medical advice
The App is an educational fasting timer. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it makes no medical claims. Fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any fasting routine, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, take medication, or have a health condition or a history of disordered eating. You use the App at your own risk.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
The App is free to use with a limited feature set. Premium features are available through:
Weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, then billed weekly.
Annual subscription, billed yearly.
Lifetime, a one-time non-consumable purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Standard EULA
Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including any health outcomes related to fasting.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
