Getting started

FastTrack needs no account and no sign-in. Open the app, pick a protocol (16:8 is the default and free), and tap Start Fast when your last bite is done. A ring fills toward your goal and shows the fasting zone you're in. Tap End Fast to finish and save it to History.

I forgot to start or stop my fast

That's expected, and fully supported. On the timer screen tap the Started time to edit when your fast began. In History, tap any past fast to adjust its start and end. Your streaks and stats update automatically.

Fasting protocols

Choose from 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD, the gentle 12:12 and 14:10 circadian windows, or set a custom window up to 24 hours. Presets are capped at 24 hours on purpose; FastTrack never encourages extreme fasts.

Live Activity and widgets

When a fast is running, FastTrack shows a live countdown on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, and offers home and lock screen widgets. If you don't see the Live Activity, make sure Live Activities are enabled for FastTrack in iOS Settings, and add widgets by long-pressing your home screen.

Apple Health

The Stats tab can chart your weight trend from Apple Health. Tap Connect Apple Health and allow body-weight access. This data stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. You can revoke access anytime in the Health app.

Subscriptions and purchases

FastTrack is free to use with the full timer, the 16:8 protocol and basic history. Premium unlocks all protocols and custom windows, fasting zones, Live Activity and widgets, stats, and the weight trend. It is available as a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial, an annual plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Your fasting data never leaves your device. There is no account, no tracking and no ads. See our Privacy Policy.
