These Terms of Use govern your use of Dreamly ("the app"), published by App Harbour ApS. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Important — for reflection and entertainment, not professional advice. Dreamly uses AI to offer an imaginative interpretation of the dreams you describe, for reflection, journaling, and entertainment only. Its interpretations, themes, symbols, emotional tones, and "possible meanings" are not psychological, medical, or predictive advice, and it cannot foretell the future. There is no single correct meaning of a dream, and AI results can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on Dreamly to make decisions about your health, relationships, or life. If you are struggling with distressing dreams, sleep, or your mental health, please consult a qualified professional. App Harbour ApS is not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on the app's output.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of Dreamly is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which you can read here:

Where these terms and the Apple Standard EULA overlap, the EULA applies to your license to use the app.

Subscriptions

Dreamly offers a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial and an annual subscription. A summary and themes teaser are available for free; the deep interpretation is a premium feature that requires an active subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dreamly. See https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
You can restore a previous purchase from the app's Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Dreamly only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its underlying services.

No warranty

Dreamly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that interpretations will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss or harm, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
