These Terms govern your use of CoNest: Custody Calendar (the "App") by App Harbour ApS. By using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Apple standard EULA: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
The App offers a Weekly subscription (with a 3-day free trial), an Annual subscription, and a one-time Lifetime purchase (a non-consumable, not a subscription). A single purchase or subscription covers premium features for both co-parents sharing the organizer. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings: support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. Refunds are handled by Apple.
CoNest is a private family organizer to help co-parents coordinate. It is NOT a legal service. It does not provide legal advice, does not create court-admissible or tamper-proof records, and does not verify any user's identity. Information is entered by users and is not independently verified. Do not rely on the App as evidence or as a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Use the App lawfully. Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
