App Harbour ApS ("we") operates CoNest: Custody Calendar (the "App"). Your privacy matters, especially in a co-parenting context.
We do not collect, see, store, or sell your data. Your custody calendar, expenses, notes, children's information, documents and reminders stay on your device and, if you pair with your co-parent, sync privately through your own Apple iCloud account. We operate no server that receives your content.
None. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.
On your device locally; and, if you pair, synced between you and your co-parent via Apple CloudKit within your iCloud accounts (handled by Apple under Apple's terms). We cannot read it. Documents you add stay on the device that added them; only a title and category are shared with your co-parent.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store payment information. Apple reports only entitlement status so the App can unlock premium features.
Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device and are not sent through us.
The App is a tool for parents, not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Delete any entry at any time; "Fresh start" in Settings erases all local data and unpairs. Deleting the App removes its local data.
