By downloading, installing, or using Bill Organizer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Bill Organizer offers Premium subscriptions to unlock additional features. The following subscription options are available:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. Go to Settings on your device, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases using the Restore Purchases option in the App's settings. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Bill Organizer is a bill tracking tool for personal organization. It is not a financial advice service, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any calculations or reminders.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App Harbour ApS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
