Common questions

The camera or photo permission prompt didn't appear
Permissions are requested the first time you tap a capture button. You can enable them in iOS Settings › Belongo.
Item recognition guessed wrong
Tap any item to edit its name, category and value. Recognition is a starting point you always confirm.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases".
How do I back up my inventory?
Enable iCloud Backup in the app's Settings (premium). Your inventory is then included in your device's iCloud backup.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Use your Apple ID settings — see Apple's guide.
