Common questions
- The camera or photo permission prompt didn't appear
- Permissions are requested the first time you tap a capture button. You can enable them in iOS Settings › Belongo.
- Item recognition guessed wrong
- Tap any item to edit its name, category and value. Recognition is a starting point you always confirm.
- How do I restore my purchase?
- Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases".
- How do I back up my inventory?
- Enable iCloud Backup in the app's Settings (premium). Your inventory is then included in your device's iCloud backup.
- How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
- Use your Apple ID settings — see Apple's guide.
