These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vivid mobile application ("App") operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. The standard Apple licensed-application end user license agreement (EULA) also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region.
Vivid is a personal motivation and journaling tool. Its affirmations, prompts, and any optional manifestation or moon-phase themes are for inspiration and reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date.
