By using Video Compressor: Resize MP4 ("the app"), provided by App Harbour ApS, you agree to these terms. The app is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
The app compresses videos on your device. The free version compresses one video at a time up to 720p with no watermark. Premium unlocks an exact target file size in megabytes, full 1080p and original resolution, and batch compression.
Premium is available as a weekly subscription (with a 3-day free trial) at the price shown in the app, or an annual subscription at the price shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You are responsible for the videos you process and must have the right to use them. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Compression results depend on the source video and your chosen settings. To the extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.
