Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Twosome: Relationship Tracker app ("App") by App Harbour ApS. By using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Apple standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Premium products

• Lifetime ($44.99): a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium forever. Not a subscription; does not auto-renew.
• Weekly Premium ($4.99/week): auto-renewable subscription with a 3-day free trial.
• Annual Premium ($29.99/year): auto-renewable subscription.

A single premium purchase or subscription covers both paired partners.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings: Manage Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App unlawfully, reverse engineer it, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by App Harbour ApS and protected by applicable laws.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from use of the App.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the App and update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
