App Harbour ApS ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Snore Recorder & Sleep Talk mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: your data stays on your iPhone.

What We Collect

Nothing. The App collects no personal information, no analytics, no usage statistics, no crash reports, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking data. The App's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected."

Your Audio Stays on Your Device

The App records audio only during a sleep session that you start yourself, and shows a clear recording indicator whenever the microphone is active.

• All recording, snore detection, and analysis happen entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device sound analysis. No audio is ever uploaded, transmitted, or shared by the App.
• Only short clips of detected snore or sleep-talk events are saved, never the full night.
• Your recordings, scores, factor tags, and reports are stored locally on your device. Deleting the App deletes them.
• PDF reports you export are generated on your device. Where you send them is entirely your choice.

No Account Required

The App has no accounts, no sign-in, and no cloud sync. We could not access your data even if we wanted to, because it never reaches us.

Subscription Information

When you purchase a subscription or the Lifetime unlock:

• All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
• We do not collect or store your payment information.
• The App checks your purchase status with Apple (StoreKit) solely to unlock premium features.

Support

If you email us at info@appharbour.com for support, we receive the information you choose to include in your email. We use it only to answer you and do not add it to any marketing list.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and, since it collects no data, no children's data is collected either.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes are posted at the address below with an updated effective date.
