These Terms govern your use of the Outfit Planner: What to Wear mobile application (the "App"), operated by App Harbour ApS. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Subscriptions
The App offers two auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly: $4.99, with a 3-day free trial, then billed weekly.
- Annual: $39.99, billed yearly.
There is no lifetime purchase option. Free trials are available in all territories. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
- Free trial: You are not charged during the trial. After the trial, the subscription automatically converts to the paid period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or when the free trial ends.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store policies.
- Restore: Use Restore Purchases in the app settings to restore a subscription on another device.
To manage or cancel: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Outfit Planner, then make changes. You can also manage subscriptions here.
Free tier and premium features
The free tier includes a wardrobe of up to 25 items, the manual outfit builder, on device background removal, one weather based daily suggestion per day, and basic calendar logging. Premium unlocks unlimited items, fast batch AI cataloging, unlimited AI suggestions and "what to wear to" styling, cost per wear and full wardrobe stats, packing and travel mode, the capsule builder, and deal matching where available.
Fair use of AI features
Premium AI usage is generous and intended for genuine personal styling. To keep the service sustainable and to prevent automated abuse, the following fair use caps apply:
- AI auto tagging (cataloging) is limited to 500 garments per 30-day period.
- AI styling suggestions are limited to 300 per 30-day period.
These limits are well above normal personal use and exist only to prevent automated or abusive volume.
Region-gated deals
The deals feature, which can surface a sale item that pairs with clothing you own, is available in select regions first (currently the US and UK) and is expanding. In other regions the feature shows a not-available state. We make no guarantee that deals will be available in your region.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; remove or obscure proprietary notices; interfere with or disrupt the App or its backend; or attempt unauthorized access. AI styling suggestions are convenience suggestions only and are provided as is.
Intellectual property
All content, features, and software of the App are owned by App Harbour ApS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The clothing photos and wardrobe data you create remain yours.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error free, or that AI suggestions will suit your taste.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP HARBOUR APS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Apple standard EULA
Unless you have a separate written agreement with us, your license is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
