These Terms govern your use of the Nest Egg: Retirement Planner app operated by App Harbour ApS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Nest Egg is an informational and educational tool. The projections, charts, and figures it produces are estimates based on the assumptions you enter and on simplified models. They are not financial, tax, investment, legal, or retirement advice, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment. Real results will differ because actual returns, inflation, tax rules, RMD rules, and Social Security benefits change over time and are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Consult a qualified, licensed professional before acting on any figure produced by the App.
The App offers a one-time Lifetime unlock (a non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium features permanently and does not renew), a Weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, and an Annual subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
Do not misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results will be accurate or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Harbour ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
