These Terms govern your use of the Closer mobile app, operated by App Harbour ApS. By using Closer, you agree to them.
Use of Closer is also governed by Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Closer is for personal, lawful use. The Intimate deck is rated 17+ and intended for adults. Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its services.
Prompts are provided for conversation and entertainment. They are not professional, medical, legal, or relationship advice.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. App Harbour ApS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
