App Harbour ApS operates the Closer mobile app. The short version: Closer does not require an account, does not track you, and keeps almost everything on your device.
The matcher is optional. When you play it across two phones, the app sends your answer to each prompt (a simple Yes, Maybe, or No) to our backend so it can work out the prompts you and your partner both chose.
If you only use the decks on a single device, including pass-and-play on one phone, no answer data ever leaves your device.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. We only learn whether Premium is active so we can unlock the right content.
If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and use them only to help you.
Matcher data is short-lived and removed after a match completes. We do not build server-side profiles of you.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to its processing. Contact us at info@appharbour.com.
Closer is rated 17+ and intended for adults. It is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here and in the app with a new effective date.
