Terms of Use for Rent Manager - RentRegister
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Rent Manager - RentRegister mobile application ("the App", formerly published as Small Landlord Manager), provided by AppHarbour ApS.
1. Use of the App
The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. The App does not provide legal, financial, or accounting advice.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any data you enter into the App and for complying with any applicable laws or regulations related to property management and rent collection in your jurisdiction.
2. Data Responsibility
All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups and safeguarding your data.
AppHarbour ApS is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, deletion of the App, or unauthorized access to your device.
3. Rent Collection via Stripe (Optional)
The App offers an optional Rent Collection feature powered by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), an independent payment processor. By setting up Rent Collection you agree to the following:
- The Stripe account used for Rent Collection is your own account, established between you and Stripe and governed by Stripe's own terms of service, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You are responsible for completing Stripe's onboarding and for any information you provide to Stripe.
- Rent payments are made by your tenants directly to your Stripe account. AppHarbour ApS is not a party to the payment, does not hold, receive, or transfer funds at any time, and charges no fees on payments. Stripe's processing fees apply and are charged by Stripe to you.
- You are solely responsible for your rent collection practices, including the amounts you charge, refunds, disputes and chargebacks, tax obligations, and compliance with landlord-tenant, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws that apply to you.
- Payment status shown in the App is read from Stripe and is provided for convenience. The authoritative record of payments is your Stripe account.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rent Collection feature at any time. Your Stripe account and its funds are unaffected by such changes and remain accessible through Stripe directly.
4. Subscriptions
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are displayed in the App and managed by Apple through the App Store.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppHarbour ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including the Rent Collection feature.
6. Changes to the App
We may modify or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppHarbour ApS is registered.
