Small Landlord Manager is published and operated by AppHarbour ApS ("we", "us", "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Small Landlord Manager mobile application ("the App").
1. Data Storage and Processing
Small Landlord Manager is a local-first application.
All property, unit, tenant, rent, reminder, and attachment data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a backend server and we do not collect or store your landlord or tenant data on our own systems.
If you delete the App, all locally stored data is deleted from your device.
2. Personal Data
We do not collect personal data from you directly.
Any personal data you enter into the App (such as tenant names, contact details, lease dates, or documents) is entered voluntarily by you and remains on your device.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
If you choose to purchase a subscription, payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store using StoreKit.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited, anonymous transaction information for subscription validation and entitlement purposes.
4. Analytics
At this time, Small Landlord Manager does not use third-party analytics or tracking services.
If analytics are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
6. Data Security
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for protecting access to your device. We recommend using device-level security such as Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode.
7. Children's Privacy
Small Landlord Manager is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
